3WHAT TIME SHOULD THE SLUSH BE READY?

We schedule arrival to allow for setup, followed by approximately 2 hours of freezing.
Day hire ready times: 10:00, 11:00 or 12:00. Later starts: choose overnight hire.
Both options include 30 litres of slush. Extra mixture is available to order.

Choose a flavour for each of your three barrels – 10 litres per barrel.

EXTRA STANDARD SLUSH MIX

Keep the drinks flowing – another 10 litres for R150. Extra mix is a refill, not an additional machine barrel. Refills need time to freeze before serving.

9FROZEN MOCKTAIL UPGRADE

All mixes are supplied alcohol-free. Alcohol is not supplied. Clients may add their own alcohol; please discuss this with us beforehand.

Feeling a little boujee? Upgrade to a curated frozen mocktail mix – R250 per 10 L barrel. Upgrades replace your selected standard mix; they do not add extra litres.

FROZEN MOCKTAIL UPGRADE – R250 PER BARREL

  • All mixes are supplied alcohol-free. Alcohol is not supplied.
  • ADD YOUR OWN ALCOHOL TO INDIVIDUAL DRINKS ONLY – NOT TO THE MACHINE.

An upgrade replaces a standard mix; it does not add extra litres. Refills need time to freeze. Colours may vary once mixed and frozen.

  • Have the setup area cleared and ready before we arrive.
  • Provide a sturdy, level counter or table suitable for the filled machine.
    SHOW OUR TEAM THE SETUP LOCATION ON ARRIVAL.
  • Position in full shade, protected from rain, with good airflow.
  • Keep ventilation grilles clear. Do not cover the machine or enclose it behind décor.
  • A suitable working power point must be within reach of the machine’s power cable. We do not supply an extension lead. Keep power on during freezing and use.
  • Tell us about stairs, narrow entrances or difficult access before booking.

ALL THREE BARRELS MUST OPERATE TOGETHER
All three barrels must contain our supplied slush mix and run together during use. Do not operate only one or two barrels, or run a barrel empty. Contact our team if any barrel runs low, stops mixing or makes unusual noises.

ONLY USE OUR SUPPLIED MIXES
Do not add water, alcohol, juice or any other liquids to the machine. Incorrect mixtures can cause over-freezing and damage the mixing spirals.

Notice: Allow approximately 2 hours for freezing AFTER setup. Heat and operating conditions can increase this time.

  • Delivery and setup by our team only – no self-collection.
  • Free delivery within 10 km of Polokwane CBD. Delivery beyond this area is quoted before confirmation.
  • Enter your exact venue address and Google Maps pin when booking.
  • We arrange arrival ahead of your serving time to allow for setup and freezing.
  • Collecting follows your selected hire option. Overnight stays must be arranged in advance.
  • Keep the machine securely sheltered overnight and accessible for collection.

Delivery and collection appointments are confirmed via WhatsApp.
