The foam machine is available for self-collection from Polokwane. Choose the collection and return option that suits your event. All collections are by appointment and subject to availability.
Hire options
Morning Hire
Collect the day before your event between 15:00 and 17:00.
Return the machine by 13:00 on your event day.
Please allow time to clean, pack and transport the machine before the return deadline.
Afternoon & Evening Hire
Collect between 14:00 and 15:00 on your event day. Enjoy use throughout the afternoon and evening, and return the machine by 09:30 the following morning.
Full-Day & Evening Hire – R200 extra
Collect the day before your event between 15:00 and 17:00. Enjoy flexible use throughout your event day and evening, and return the machine by 09:30 the following morning.
Collection and return
- Your exact collection appointment and return deadline will be confirmed via WhatsApp.
- Please arrive at the agreed time. Any changes must be arranged with us in advance.
- Return the machine clean, with all supplied accessories, and in the condition received, allowing for normal wear.
- Late returns may affect another customer’s booking. Please contact us immediately if you expect a delay. The late-return fees stated in your booking terms apply.
- Keeping the machine beyond the agreed return deadline requires our approval, will have extra fees and is subject to availability.
Refundable security deposit
- A R1 000 refundable security deposit is required before the machine may leave our premises.
The deposit will be refunded after the machine has been:
- Returned by the agreed time
- Inspected and tested
- Returned clean and undamaged
- Returned with all pipes, containers, fittings and accessories
Any repair, replacement, excessive cleaning or missing-item costs may be deducted from the deposit. If the cost exceeds the deposit, the client will remain responsible for the outstanding amount.
The security deposit is separate from the hire fee and does not secure the booking unless the required booking payment has also been made.
Late returns
Please return all self-collection items by the agreed time.
- A 30-minute grace period applies when delays are communicated.
- Returns 31–60 minutes late incur a R200 fee.
- Returns more than 60 minutes late incur a R300 fee.
- An additional day’s hire fee applies if an item is not returned on the agreed day.
- Unreturned equipment will be charged at its replacement value, together with reasonable recovery costs.
Identification required
- A clear copy of the person collecting the machine’s valid South African ID or driving licence is required. The person collecting must match the identification supplied and will be responsible for the equipment until it is returned and inspected.
Complimentary delivery with another rental
- Complimentary delivery and collection of the foam machine are available when it is booked together with another rental item that already includes delivery to the same address and within the same booking times.
Important conditions
- The machine may not be transferred, sub-hired or taken to another address without prior written approval.
- Only the foam powder supplied by The Party Co may be used.
- The client is responsible for safe transport, storage and operation of the machine.
- Do not leave the equipment outdoors overnight or exposed to rain.
- The client accepts responsibility for loss, theft, damage or misuse from collection until the equipment is returned and inspected.
- The booking is only confirmed once payment and all required information have been received.
