  • Soft foam tile flooring
    Added safety and comfort beneath the setup.
  • Delivery, setup and collection
    Complimentary within 10 km of Polokwane CBD.
  • Setup begins approximately 1 hour before your selected event time.
  • The surface must be clean, flat and as dry as possible. Keep the full 3 × 5 m area clear and accessible.
  • No face paint or food colouring. Cleaning and damage fees apply if staining is found.
  • Shoes off. Responsible adult supervision is required at all times.
  • No food, drinks, sharp objects or animals are allowed in or on the ball pit.
  • All balls must be returned to the ball pit before collection.
  • Only one child may use each slide at a time. Jumping from or onto the slide or panels is not permitted.

Important: The hirer is responsible for the equipment and children’s safe use throughout the booking.

  • Complimentary delivery, setup and collection within 10 km of Polokwane CBD.
  • Travel beyond 10 km is charged at R8 per kilometre.
  • Setup and collection each take approximately 1 hour. These times may vary due to access, weather or operational delays.
  • Events must end by 17:00. The equipment may not remain overnight.
  • We will contact you on WhatsApp if there is a significant change to the expected arrival or collection time.
