  • Bounce Bubblehouse
    A clear 3 × 3 m inflatable created for jumping, play and picture-perfect celebrations.
  • Balloons are not included
    Clients may use the Bubblehouse without balloons or supply their own balloons for the experience.
  • Blower and 20 m extension cord
    A power point must be available within 20 m.
  • Delivery, setup and collection
    Complimentary within 10 km of Polokwane CBD.

BEFORE WE ARRIVE

  • Setup begins approximately 1 hour before the selected event time.
  • Provide a flat, level, clean area with sufficient access and clear space around the Bubblehouse.
  • A reliable electrical point is required within 20 m. Generators are not provided.
  • We cannot set up on gravel, rocks, dirt or uneven surfaces.
  • Switch off sprinklers, keep pets away and ensure the full setup area is ready before arrival.

PLAY SAFELY

  • No face paint or food colouring. A cleaning and damage fee applies if staining is found.
  • Shoes off. Adult supervision is required at all times. Use is at your own risk.
  • Take care when opening and closing the two zipped entrances so balloons remain safely inside.
  • Optional Bubble Assistant · R300: manages both entrances and helps keep balloons inside, giving adults more time to relax. This does not replace active adult supervision.
  • No food, drinks, sharp objects or animals are allowed on the inflatable.

Weather safety: A rain shield can be fitted over the blower during light rain. The Bubblehouse must be switched off immediately during unsafe weather or winds exceeding approximately 38–40 km/h. Deflate and lower the inflatable, then move the blower and extension cord indoors.

YOUR DELIVERY

  • Complimentary delivery, setup and collection within 10 km of Polokwane CBD.
  • Travel beyond 10 km is charged at R8 per kilometre.
  • Provide the correct Google Maps location and disclose all access restrictions before the event.

COLLECTION

  • For standard bookings, collection begins at the selected end time. The latest same-day collection time is 17:00.
  • Overnight Fee · R300 – If your event ends after 17:00, the Bubblehouse remains set up overnight for next-day take-down and collection.
  • The overnight option is subject to availability and can only be booked when the Bubblehouse does not have another morning booking. The next-day take-down time will be arranged with you in advance.
  • Out-of-town bookings:
    the client will either be charged the applicable travel fee for our return trip, or must return the inflatable to us by 09:00 the following morning.
  • We will send a WhatsApp update if there is a significant delay.
